Public tools
The calculator and first-helper diagnostic do not submit answers, create result URLs or save them in browser storage. Reloading clears your answers. The calculator requests updated catalog data without including your selections. Printing happens through your browser.
Private administration
Administrator accounts use authentication cookies. The database stores admin identity, sessions and audit records needed to manage the site. These are separate from public questionnaire answers.
External destinations
Following a vendor link takes you to that vendor’s service. Its own data practices apply. This application loads no marketing pixels, third-party fonts or analytics scripts.
Service providers and logs
OhmScout uses infrastructure providers to deliver the site, secure traffic and operate private administration. Those providers may process standard technical request data needed to deliver and protect the service. OhmScout does not currently load advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
